This ERA centre case features a latch and thin deadbolt configuration with a split spindle, making it suitable for lever and pad or lever and lever applications. It is designed for use with ERA multipoint locking systems, providing a direct replacement where only the gearbox has failed.
Handing
The latch can be reversed by removing the screws in the latch, taking the latch out, flipping it to the opposite hand, and refitting the screw.
Operation
Locking Method – A: Lift the lever to engage the locking mechanisms, then turn the cylinder one full turn to lock. To unlock, turn the key one full turn and push the lever down.
