Returning Products To Us

We want you to get the product you need and don't want you to be stuck with a product you don't need.  Our policy is simple, if you change your mind within 14 days and return it to us in perfect resalable condition then we will refund all product costs to you, if it is faulty we'll either replace it (once we have inspected the returned unit) or refund the shipping and product costs.  

Changed Your Mind?

If you have received your product and no longer require it please select “Return" on the contact form and fill in all of the relevant details. We will then contact you with the return details, upon receipt of the product(s) in their original condition and original undamaged packaging we will refund you all product costs excluding shipping.

Faulty Unit?

If you have received your product and it is damaged please select “Return" on the contact form and fill in all of the relevant details. We will then contact you with the return details, upon receipt of the product(s) in their original condition and original undamaged packaging we will refund you all product costs including shipping.
