- Designed for light to medium use situations on internal doors up to 75Kg /165 lbs in weight
- Tested to withstand 500,000 open and close cycles
- Smooth controlled closing mechanism with latching action
- Concealed - enhanced aesthetics - reduced opportunity for vandalism
- Fire Tested: incorporated in doors that were tested to BS476 part 22 1987. Does not affect latched 1/2 hour and 1 hour fire door integrity
